Our nightly rates range from $85, $125, $165 per night for two persons, depending on the availability and room size. You can rent the entire building for $300 per night, $500 per weekend (up to 11 people) plus 7% sales tax and 7% hotel motel tax. Price includes waffle breakfast at Green Cafe, across the street from the inn. Monthly rates are $650 for one working person per month, $350 per couple per week. Ask for the "Friends and Family Discount" of $50+$7Sales/hotel tax for those coming to visit family/friends in our town. The building includes four antique beds (new mattresses), one king size pull out sofa bed, and one antique tester twin size bed.
